What is Scouting Team Video Editing Service (STVES)?
Scouting Team Video Editing Service offers you to create and edit a football player’s video. Why Do I Need STVES?

How long does it take for my video to be completed?
Typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on the total running time of your video. If you need a video finished quicker, please contact us and ask for our express service.

I have already a video but would like to add a few changes, an introduction or highlights etc. Are you able to make such changes?
Yes. If you just need some additions to your already edited video we can certainly use our expertise to make it even better. Our normal uploading and editing rate will apply.

What formats do you accept for photos and video?
For photos, please only upload Jpeg images in their original full size. For video, we can take a variety of formats including Mpeg 2, .avi, .mov, .dv, AVCHD, and .VOB. Please contact us for any questions you have.

Will other people be able to view my videos?
We can upload your video on Youtube or Vimeo (or other public websites of your choice). STVES can display your video on our website but only if you choose to do so by giving us your permission.

What kind of formats will you use to send me my videos?
The most efficient way to provide you with your video is by a video link or to download your video file. This is the fastest and cheapest way to get your video instantly. If you need DVD’s we can either mail them to you (but substantial mailing cost may occur) or you simply pick them up.

Can I pick my favorite music to be the soundtrack in the video?
We do not recommend music on your professional video. Our experience is that football clubs prefer videos without sound or just the original sound in the stadium. Further, music is personal taste that is not for everyone and lyrics might distract from the viewing. You should not want to run the risk that this has a negative effect on your video and the viewing.

What if I don’t like your video; can I get my money back?
Once the video has been sent to you, it is non-refundable. If you would like to preview the video before we send it, please let us know in advance and we’ll post it online for you to watch on our website. Given our customer feedback so far, we are very confident you will definitely like what you see!

If I preview your video and want to make some changes, how much will that cost?
That depends on the changes! A tweak here or there is always possible, but usually making changes disrupts the timing, sequencing, and transitions. We will charge our usual low rates after the first round of edits from your feedback, and will give you our best estimate on how much time it will take to implement your suggestions.

Absolutely! We archive our footage and are happy to provide you with additional copies!

We will always assist you and try to solve all problems immediately. But we will provide you with easy to go material. If you have any technical questions, you can call or email us and we will respond within 24 hours.

How is the quality of the videos that you edit?
You can view samples of our work on this website. Our computer workstations are utilizing the latest editing software technologies with full HD capabilities, but do remember that the quality of the final edited video depends on the material provided and can only be as good as the quality of the raw footage.
